I found my all star of the day rather easily today as I was browsing through my feed. An article by @automaton popped out to me because of it's catchy headline "Crypto Trends For 2022". By the end of the article, I found myself thinking "wow, I agree with much of what was said here, I think I'd like to highlight it on my blog because it could be a great conversation starter for many people here on Leo Finance.
The article itself was very straightforward and to the point. @automaton wanted to point out possible things that could happen in the crypto world based on our current trajectory by the next year or so.
The concept of a creator economy is something that was brought up that I have been discussing for quite a while now with friends and fellow members of the Leo community. @automaton thinks that we will see a rapid growth in income coming from the sale of virtual goods such as NFT's, in game currency and of course cryptocurrency assets. I fully agree with this take as we are experiencing it now here on Hive (we are the early one's of course).
We see the sales of goods such as NFT's through our @splinterlands game and we see the generation of a virtual income stream through our engagement with blog posts on sites like Leofinance.io or Dunksocial.io (and many more). When we see our ecosystem become a bit more mainstream and attract some big influencers to migrate and monetize their content, we will see a massive flood of followers finding their way to a more ideal social media network... Web 3.0. @automaton thinks this will begin happening over the course of the next year and a half; I am skeptical on the timing, but fully believe that it will occur with time.
I am a believer in the future of cryptocurrency and the development of the web to favor the individual over the conglomerate; it appears that @automaton feels the same way!
@automaton is a regular contributor to the Leo Finance community. On a regular week, we often see 4-5 posts coming from this account and they are always thought provoking and high quality in their delivery.
I am a fan of conversation starters, and this article did just that. I hope that people go and give it a read and leave their opinions on some of the predictions covered in the piece. We are always seeking ways to generate more engagement here on Leo Finance and this article made a great attempt at doing that.
