Time is an asset that most take for granted. It is something that all of us share and have in common. Some of us choose to spend our time wisely learning and bettering ourselves. While others are too busy with soul sucking jobs and use their time working for someone else’s dream.
The way I see it things are about to change concerning time and the individual. The leisure economy is not going away any time soon. In fact blockchain and leisure will soon be one in the same. They are meant for each other.
Many economists and legacy players cannot understand why their system and blockchain do not mix. Well, they are not one in the same. They are two separate technologies. I mean you wouldn’t use the first Apple OS on a brand new IPad.
As 2021 draws to a close we will start to see more rumblings within the debt monetary system. The trend for global integration of Bitcoin will only grow stronger. And those nations who are strict statists will continue to lash out revealing their true nature. Blockchain will begin to be truly embraced by free nations and those who seek a better way.
And this better way will include gaming and virtual worlds. Although there are many games that I have discovered many of the economics are still in their infancy. Some of these virtual worlds are also perfecting both front and back ends. Good things take time.
Like it or not more people will began to derive their income from the selling of virtual goods. This trend will accelerate in 2022 as unskilled jobs will began to automate in droves. Many business are finding that paying extra money for employees is just not worth it. Instead, automate as many task as possible to save capital.
These virtual goods may find a new market in the form of hypothecation. Some of these in game items produce flows of in game crypto. This crypto can be pledged as collateral allowing players to level up. Ultimately, this may become an addition to various Defi platforms.
Paying gamers and crypto user to do what they do will also become a trend in 2022. Many people in the U.S. are starting to demand monthly checks from the State. This trend will began to accelerate as people search for alternative income streams. However, this may be unnecessary if things play out the way I think they will.
The rise of shit coins 💩 will also play a role in the blockchain space. And although many won’t like this it will be a trend nonetheless. I can see a time where you will have various projects with trillions in token issuance. People will begin to farm these units in droves with the hope of trading out into Bitcoin.
This may also allow smaller players and newbies to start out small in the blockchain space. It will also enable people with limited means to participate in the blockchain economy. Everything has a purpose including shit. However, this shit may make some people very wealthy.
One of the last trends I see for 2022 is the merger of blockchain and everyday machines. This can include any device that can process an internet connection. We are already seeing this trend with cars mining bitcoin. This trend will accelerate.
It will also help people to mine crypto passively creating income streams for all. Remember, it is income that is the main issue with the legacy system. All other narratives are false. Bitcoin will fix it without permission. 👾
These are trends that I see on the horizon. As always I keep my ears to the street ignoring the fake stuff. Many of these trends I am currently participating in. While others are about 6-10 months away from adoption.
In the end the trend is your friend. Things are changing daily and it is up to us to make profitable decisions. 2022 will be an exciting time for crypto. :)
