Thailand has been on my go-to travel list for a while (though I think they just banned Bitcoin...). Efficiency is a scam word companies made up to get compliance from employees, if the work gets done it shouldn't matter whether it took you the whole assigned period or just a few minutes. Work from home is an example of employee autonomy that must stick around in my opinion for people to have more free-will.
