That's really cool mate. After Covid, things have changed. We know that it's now possible to work from home with full efficiency. If my job was like that, I might not have quit. Two of my friends recently quit their jobs because their employers were expecting them to come to the office. That's bullshit. More and more people will quit if business owners don't change.
