I just finished a 4.026km running that lasted about 0hh:21mm:15ss !
I was not planning to run today, not at all. But, who could say no the house boss? The weather was back to its self to truly represent the August temperature this morning. It was crispy and fresh early in the morning and the lady boss decided its time for her to run. I accompanied her even-though I ran a 5K yesterday. I joined here for a job that I did not record. And, I ran on my own for another 4K.
It was a good run and I did not care about the pace or any other running metrics. This run was for fun.
One thing I noticed today is the fact that there are fewer runners in the park lately. Usually, there would be runner flocking in the park. I thought there would be more people due to the crispy weather but it was not the case. I don't know what's the logic behind that.
