All wine lovers should make a trip to Santorini, Greece, once in their lives. The great Assyrtiko wine comes from here. It's a dry crisp white that goes great with seafood (for real authenticity, drink it with grilled branzino!) I got mine at TotalWine for about $20.
Today I bought some very fresh salmon at the farmers market and made a poke out of it.
My Assyrtiko has aanti-piracy label to preserve authenticity! Awesome.
My son likes his salmon grilled, so we're making that too.
