Splinterlands- Torch Myrmidon: A great blend of powerful attack and team support.

Hello friends, I hope you are all doing well. Today I’m sharing some thoughts on the Torch Myrmidon. Initially I viewed it simply as a powerful monster. However after using it in battle a few times I realized its true strength lies not just in its own attack power but in its ability to effectively leverage other cards in the team.

With an 8 mana cost I generally prefer using it in high mana battles. When placed in the front its flank ability allows melee monsters positioned behind it to launch attacks as well. I find this feature particularly interesting because with the right team composition it enables multiple monsters to attack simultaneously.

Another advantage is the close range ability it can continue making ranged attacks even when positioned at the front. Consequently the card doesn't become useless if the battle situation shifts. Additionally its shatter ability helps break through the opponent's armor.

However due to its 8-mana cost it isn't always feasible to use in low mana battles. Therefore one shouldn't include it in the lineup simply because it is a good card it is best to make the decision based on the mana cap and ruleset.

For me the best aspect of this its ability to provide both offensive power and team support. Its impact on the battle becomes even more evident when it is paired with the right monsters.
