Thanks so much!!!!!! I appreciate it! In my mind, I had her quite psychologically disturbed - maybe she was in total denial it was even happening. MAybe she had a plan with the heels, to meet a boyfriends or something, and he really love her in them and so she didn't want to take them off just in case she found him. I saw the heels and dress as part of her identity she was unwilling to leave behind. Hey, I have a whole backstory there!
