Happy birthday Sam - I like your hair shaved, it suits you! Good to see you're experiencing such good health still. I have to counter some of your points about the fires though - as an Australian I feel

what a beautiful comment. ditto. xx

this digital world that's got us convinced we'd be better off as machines, so we better turn off everything that's nuanced, beautiful, hard to read about ourselves. In order to be more efficient. Fuck

I'm always doing them really, just with varying degrees of depression and disinterest...

HAha it's a cute one isn't it? Like 'getting her wriggles out' or 'she's got the zoomies'.

Dogs are soooo clever, more than we think.

Did it help bring closure?

I think most of us here don't care about bad grammar or particular cultural idioms at all - it's just the native speakers that get paranoid their English isn't 'good enough' when in reality we just want

It's the patterns I recognise. It's not hard to spot if you have good English. The problem is now Ai is training us and how we write - if we read copy like that all the time we're bound to mimic it.

I had to translate, no problem. I agree with all you say! And how cool is it that I can translate and understand you!

Destroying your writing???

Thanks for that - I was hoping my comments section wouldn't be full of defeatists or people saying 'yeah but'.

Yeah I'm unequivocal about it. I think you have to be. There's no excuse I can think of that's legit. Cheating fuckers.

There's a guy who's been here forever I used to interact with, but don't anymore because his thumbnails are Ai. Then I realised he barely replies anyway, so I realise exactly why he is here now. He's really

our fight against AI will probably be completely hopeless and maybe we should not focus on this war I disagree - it actually doesn't take a lot to stop it. I've managed in Hive Garden as much as possible.

Oh I wonder! That soup looks delish. Your photos are always amazing!

Ha, all the best things take time...

I never get sick of it! I'm in between seasons now, I do need to be better at bridging the gap. Zucchini will go in soon!

It sure is. It's a slow process and I think I'll never NOT be in some kind of pain - that's life, right?

Oh gosh she must have been for and strong to make it that far. My Dad died at 78. She sounds like she knows her own mind, so you have to respect that as well as help her out. It's not a life for her if
