Bulk-Loop not correct outspelling of Construction or Research!

Expected behavior

While I have accumulated for the night about the resources to do further research, the resources were no longer sufficient and there is a message saying that the "construction" of this research is not possible due to fewer resources.

when i put another research in the queue and after the first research is finished, it have to start the secon in the queue. if this is not possible in due less of resources it have to announce in a message, that the Research is not possible, not a Construction

If I do another research instead, but this is not researchable with sufficient resources, the report does not include the failure to complete the research (BUG: Construction outspelling instead of Research)

How to reproduce

1. Research a research of your choice
2. Research another research that is coming on hold.
3. When the first research is completed, the next research starts, this should then not work due to lack of Ressorucen.

The output from the building loop does not refer separately to construction and research but only to your one value, which is construction. Normally, a building is not research and therefore it should be split whether it is a building or research.
