From childhood, we often hear the saying “health is wealth.” It may sound like a cliché, but in truth, it carries more value than gold. A person may have all the riches in the world, but without good health, even the finest things lose their meaning. You can’t enjoy a luxurious car from a hospital bed. You can’t savor a delicious meal if your body can’t tolerate it.
That’s why we must take our well-being seriously. Eat right. Rest well. Exercise. Manage stress. See the doctor when needed. These habits may seem small, but they build the foundation of a strong life. In the end, they are more valuable than money in the bank.
So when someone says, “Good health is wealth,” believe it. Protecting your health is protecting your future. It’s not a debate.
