STEP1
I SEASON and lightly fry my fish and set aside. I put some water on fire with the canda , onion, pepper, seasoning and lastly the fish and bring to a boil. I pour in some palm oil and let to cook well.
STEP2
Add your okoro and cook for 10 minutes after its well cooked add in your vegetables and cook for 3 minutes. Get your fufu or garri and the dish is ready. Enjoy
