To give reward to those who contribute to the platform, one of them is through create good quality content in Steemit and other media based Steem Blockchain.

Help To Actualize The Second Steem Principal
Thus all forms of capital are equal. It means that those who give their rare time and their attentions to create and manage content for others is actually the same as those who give their rare money. By Steemwhitepaper.
How?
I will do upvote 5-10 posts a day. The requirements, find others good quality and original posts and link that posts in the comment. I will take a look at that post that are still in 30 minutes span in times, and if it is suitable, I will give my vote.
The Problems?
Since part of my Steem Power is still on delegations to others, for sure I could only take a bit from the Reward Pool to be distributed via upvote.
Solution?
I do hope there are other friends who are willing to take a look at the link that you recommended and if its suitable then he/she will also give upvote.
Recommender Obligations
There is no obligation, but only understanding to do resteem, and if you want you can also give upvote to this post which also will help me to get higher Steem Power. The links that use buying vote will be ignored.
Why 5-10 posts?
Due to everytime we do upvote than our vote power will decrease 2%.

Caranya?
Saya akan melakukan upvote 5 - 10 post setiap hari. Syaratnya, temukan post berkualitas dan orisinal milik orang lain dan sematkan link post di kolom komentar. Saya akan meninjau post yang masih dalam rentang waktu 30 menit, dan jika sesuai akan menekan tombol upvote.
Masalahnya?
Karena sejumlah Steem Power saya masih dalam status delegasi kepada pihak lain, tentu saja sangat sedikit yang bisa saya ambil dari Reward Pool untuk didistribusi melalui upvoting.
Solusi?
Saya berharap ada teman lain yang bersedia ikut meninjau link yang Anda rekomendasikan dan bila sesuai dapat ikut memberi upvote.
Kewajiban Pemberi Rekomendasi?
Tidak ada kewajiban, yang ada pengertian untuk melakukan resteem, dan bila berkenan juga dapat memberi upvote pada postingan ini dengan harapan dapat segera memperbesar kembali Steem Power sehingga bisa memberi lebih banyak. Link post yang terlihat melakukan buying vote diabaikan.
Mengapa hanya 5 - 10 post?
Ini karena setiap kali kita menaikkan suara sesuatu pada satu post, daya voting Anda berkurang 2%.
Agar cepat pulih daya voting maka hanya dibatasi 5 - 10 kali Upvote sehingga daya voting terjaga dalam posisi 80 - 100 % voting power.
Penutup
Project individul ini tidak dibawah sponsor siapapun, dan bila ada yang berkenan membantu, dapat meminjamkan delegasinya kepada daftar nama di bawah ini.
