Prinsesstarta, or Swedish Princess Cake, is a cake that is a pride for Swedish society. Because in a particular celebration, this cake is served on the last day in a series of one week. This cake is a layered cake and served with jam, pudding and cream in each layer. Then given a green marzipan as a decoration on it.
