It is located in Rajsamand district 60 km north of Udaipur, it is India's second largest artificial lake. This lake is spread over 88 sq km area. Maharana Raj Singh constructed this lake in the 17th century by constructing a dam on the Gomti river. On its embankment there is a smirk of marble, on which Maharana Raj Singh wrote the famous inscription Raj Prachari and the palace built on the hill is the palace of the palace.
