I often explain to my students that for better results, you should think about your tools before starting your work. I explained this to you in the previous post. If you haven't seen it, take a look.
Next, after choosing the right tools for the piece you want to create, what's important is your connection with the subject you want to paint. The subject can be a bird, a person, different kinds of animals, something abstract, stones, flowers, etc. Go for a subject you love. You can create a lasting piece even with something as simple as a vase, like Van Gogh's Sunflowers. No matter how simple a subject is, you can design and paint it over and over again—look at famous painters who have painted the same simple subject many times. So don’t get tired and keep working. Success comes with effort and persistence.
I really #love working with feelings; when you spend time with emotions and paint with energy, that feeling gets transferred into your #painting .
I have to repeat this sentence over and over so it sinks in for you: the tool isn't that important, you are the one who creates the result. With any tool you have, you can create great things, and this can be seen throughout history. Amazing works can be created with a simple pencil. Believe in yourself and don’t get discouraged. That’s the secret to success. By the way, age doesn’t matter on this path either you can start painting at any age and enjoy it.
