"This is the most beautiful song on DW EP, too bad it didn’t make the cut, if Thrice would have replaced Everything Belongs with this track: Palms would have been absolutely Perfect and Flawless! This track is so deep, I fuckin’ love it! 💜" - HEXVGRVM(Youtube Comments)
In This Storm is deepwells epitaph gold and I am honestly suprised this jam wasn't released with the album.
[Verse 1]
How can anybody sleep?
How can anybody sleep when it's so bad?
How can anybody sleep?
How can anybody sleep through this storm?
How can we sleep, how can we sleep when it's so bad?
How can we sleep, how can we sleep through this storm?
[Verse 2]
How can anybody see?
How can anybody see where the road leads?
How can anybody see?
How can anybody see through this storm?
How can we see, how can we see where the road leads?
How can we see, how can we see through this storm?
[Chorus 1]
This weather is breaking my heart
This whirlwind of falling apart
Oh
[Verse 3]
How can anybody hear?
How can anybody hear over thunder?
How can anybody hear?
How can anybody hear in this storm?
How can we hear, how can we hear over thunder?
How can we hear, how can we hear in this storm? [Chorus 2]
This weather is breaking my heart
This whirlwind of falling apart
So give me your hand
I double my brothers
Let's make our way out of this rain
We can't keep on living this way
Blind through the storm
Blaming each other
Oh
[Outro]
How can anybody sleep?
How can anybody sleep when it's so bad?
How can anybody sleep?
How can anybody sleep through this storm?
