You should pay your violations right away after receiving one. Car violations can cost you a lot more than it should. After so many and you owe a certain amount, your car gets put on a tow list or it's booted and not able to be driven. If either one happens you have to pay the fines in total plus all the other fees. Can cost quite a few hundred dollars.
