She jolted awake from a bad dream. She was startled, but that word seemed like an understatement compared to what she really feel. She's utterly terrified with her dream of having that badly made gown.
'There's no way mom would choose that for me', she thought assuringly to herself.
It's just a bad dream afterall.
She was snapped back for her thoughts when she saw a hot pink box lying next her bedpost.
She picked it up and smiled.
"Surely this must be mom's gift for me", she said happily.
She untied the pink ribbon that's wrapped on it and what's inside it shocked her to the point she screamed so loud.
Her door violently opened, revealing her panting mom.
"What's wrong?", she asked worriedly.
"It's the badly made gown!", she cried.
