Litecoin is knocking on the doorstep of another massive push upwards. Looking at the chart, we see how LTC has been trading in a channel. We will be looking for a bounce off this channel line and push north towards the upper line where it has the possibility of breaking through. In the past I had assumed we were in wave 3 however, I am pretty certain we are still in wave 1 as we have yet to break out of our current trend channel on either side.
This move we saw yesterday where it broke off of the middle trend line was one we were expecting. This traded very technically as we saw it break the trend line, create a flag pattern, retest the trend channel and then break to the downside of the main channel.
