Today in the crypto markets, we saw big moves early on for the majority of the cryptos and then corrective patterns for most of the day. Right now we see DGD breaking a small trend-line and is looking for a upward move.
I see two possibilities at the moment as we could see another impulse move to the resistance line as shown by the arrow below.
The second possibility is that we will see the price bounce off the nearest resistance line and see a minor ABC corrective pattern before the next impulse move upward to the major resistance line. This is a time to be patient and place your stops appropriately waiting until the markets show their hand and jump into the trade if it goes up or get out and wait if the trade falls.
