This was shot from a pedestrian bridge over the railway tracks of Cheddington Train Station in the area of the Chiltern Hills, designated officially as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in 1965.
Cheddington is a village just north of Tring, just a short distance from the scene of "The Great Train Robbery" in 1963. This was planned and carried out by Ronnie Biggs, famous for spending much of the remainder of his life exiled in Brazil after escaping from prison in 1965.
