Tomorrow in the early A.M., Mariah and I are hitting the freeway for Ashland, Oregon, (which is uncomfortably close to the giant "Bootleg" fire burning its way thru the Northwest...) One night in Ashland, then we move on to San Francisco. (Our big goals: Museum of Modern Art, City Lights Bookstore, and the Ghirardelli chocolate factory!) Two nights in S.F., and then we head north again, stopping for a night in Crescent City (I think) before we roll back home...

It's funny what someone can do with a couple of pens, a hunk of old, used paper or cardboard, and a phone with some freeware art apps. It HELPS if you aren't worried about people thinking that your trashy art is BAD (I sure don't give a shit,) cuz then you can just draw stuff that you think is funny and not freak out trying to make it look PERFECT. (In my world, "perfect" art is incredibly dull. Ugly even. OFFENSIVE...)

But I'm not here to complain. I'm here to share funny drawings and silly words. So... Yeah....
