"Another Monkey Attack" (Playlist) - Started 22 Oct. 2022
This post STARTED as a playlist, but it took a while to finish. Meanwhile, I did some ART STUFF, too. See what you think!
(Good luck!)

"Iz Znake" by Richard F. Yates (Holy Fool)
[Digital drawing created with a no-longer-supported, free app on my phone!] Oh crap... The snake is caught in a REALITY VORTEX again! (We have to fish him out of that thing about twice a week!!!) ---Richard F. Yates (Holy Fool)

"night. It's" by Richard F. Yates (HF)
[Liner pen on notebook page with digital embellishments and color.] with some difficulty. The fragments that were left didn't paint a clear picture, but there were some indications that... ---Richard F. Yates (Holy Fool)
P.S. - Fragments are not the whole... Just the hole...

"Grumpy Gus" by Richard F. Yates (Holy Fool)
[Liner pen on reclaimed cardboard with digital embellishments and color.] Even though he's smiling most of the time, people have nicknamed poor Gus, "Grumpy." It's not his fault that he's blurry!!! He's actually a great guy, once you get to know him. ---Richard F. Yates (Holy Fool)

"Fields of Thought" by Richard F. Yates (Holy Fool)
[Crayon and liner pen on notebook page with digital embellishments.] This is one of them ABSTRACT type drawings. I kinda like it! (And, yes, crayons are cool!) ---Richard F. Yates (Holy Fool)

"Ghosts (24 oct 22)" by Richard F. Yates (Holy Fool)
[Felt pen on paper with digital embellishments and color!] It's still spooky time, so I need to get my last handful of #trashtober / #darktez / #spookyart / #halloween artworks up for the peeps to snag (for super cheap!) Of course, I make SPOOKY ARTS all year long. But THESE pieces, the TRASHTOBER and DARKTEZ works, will be sacrificed to the FIRE GODS as soon as I get back from Fantasy Land! (First week of November.) I you want one, grab before then!!! ---Richard F. Yates (Holy Fool)

"Frog (21 oct 2022)" by Richard F. Yates (Holy Fool)
[Crayon on notebook page with impressions from stickers on the opposite page plus digital embellishments and color.] Apparently, just out of the camera's eye, some sinister cow-poke has gun on our amphibian friend and has hissed the ever menacing, "Stick 'em up!" ---Richard F. Yates (Holy Fool)

"Making Art About Making Art" by Felicity Echo Hanson (TT) & Richard F. Yates (HF)
[Photograph of the artist drawing art. She's a lefty!] I took this photo of Felicity drawing frantically on a folded up slab of paper. Just looking at the still photo didn't do justice to the ENERGY and FRANTIC MOTION that she puts into her work. It needed to be moshed and glitched in order for the viewer to get a proper feel... ---Richard F. Yates (Holy Fool) & Felicity Echo Hanson (Toddler Terror)

"Long Look (v.1)" by Richard F. Yates (Holy Fool)
[Felt pen on paper, digital collage, layers, over photograph taken with my phone, with digital embellishments and color.] It's tough to tell through all of this hand-drawn weirdness, but I think this is the moon... (This begs the question, WHO IS LOOKING AT WHOM?) ---Richard F. Yates (Holy Fool)

"Art Critic" by Richard F. Yates (Holy Fool)
[Felt pen on paper with digital embellishments and color.] Everybody is a critic, but ART CRITICs are some of the most vicious. ---Richard F. Yates (Holy Fool)

"Thru the Curtains" by Richard F. Yates (Holy Fool)
[Felt pen, brush pen, liner pen, and gel pen on reclaimed cardboard with digital embellishments and color.] This version of this drawing is a graphical representation of a séance! As the spectators quake in fear, the medium is inhabited by numerous spirits, and a ghostly hand presses thru the curtains, probably seeking the warmth of a living being, but as Dr. Alowishus rips the curtain back...there is nothing there! (SPOOKY!) ---Richard F. Yates (Holy Fool)
P.S. - Yet another #trashtober / #darktez / #spookyarts / #halloween piece! Get your spirits while they're fresh!!! 23 editions for only 0.13 tezos each!!! (Unclaimed editions will be fed to the FIRE GODS in about a week!!!)

"Spectral" by Richard F. Yates (Holy Fool) & Felicity Echo Hanson (Toddler Terror)
[Crayon, felt pen, gel pen, and mechanical pencil on paper with digital embellishments and color.] Collaboration between my granddaughter, Felicity, and me. It's pretty clear that this figure is being haunted by a spectral entity (and we definitely feel sorry for that poor, little ghost, cuz this human is a CREEP!) ---Richard F. Yates (Holy Fool) & Felicity Echo Hanson (Toddler Terror)
P.S. - Another #trashtober / #darktez / #spookyart piece! 13 editions available for only 0.13 tezos each! (Frightening!) Unclaimed editions will go to the FIRES in about a week!!!

[Liner pen on reclaimed cardboard with digital embellishments and color.] So many sinister things happening here! Can you solve the mystery (before it's too late?) ---Richard F. Yates (Holy Fool)

Well.... I guess that's about it for this round! I'll keep making artz all the way up until I get on that plane (on Sunday, early A.M.) After that, I'll be on vacation for a week or so... (Although, I MIGHT try to do the November HIVEBLOPOMO challenge! One post per day for the entire month of November! I usually do a new Low-ku each day, too, but we'll see.....)
Later! (Unless you're staying for the tunes, below!)
