I can't tell if it's a documentary or a story about witches, but it's still well structured. It tells us that we should not be carried away by the negative talk about witches.

I have read stories told from the omnipresent point of view that seem like a documentary, but they give it a development in time and are rich because of that. A story does not necessarily need one character, but can be several that we can identify with.

I once read a story that talked about the ramifications of the human race. In one more intelligent and in another less advanced, it was told as a documentary, but there was an objective problem that one identified. In it was the inventions of the superior race and the average humans trying to emulate them, often unsuccessfully.
