Bug Found on Steemit.com. Dark Theme Doesn't Save

This is a bug hunting report on Utopian.io for the open source project Steemit. It includes a video to demonstrate the behavior.

Issue

When you toggle the Night mode, it doesn't save this setting. So, whenever the page is refreshed, or you navigate to another page, the night mode resets.

To improve this situation, the user preferred mode (Night mode) is to be saved as a setting in the database/blockchain. So, whenever the page is refreshed the night mode is still intact.
