I looked into this a while back, I can't remember why but I ruled out the Vauxhall, the Fords are a better option -

If you need cheap I think the Renault Traffic is a better option than the Vauxhall, but ideally you want to stretch to a VW Transporter.

VWs hold their value better than anything else and just go on and on and on!
