Sounds like you've done amazingly well - a model example of what can be done, even if your all your investment decisions aren't necessarily the best!
I'm with you on precious metals and crypto - although I have hardly any of the former, really a lot more crypto.
But the land is what I really want, once that sale goes through I think I'm pretty much set!
Of course if you've already got a house, it's pretty much the same thing as having land!
Council tax and car costs aren't that much to have to fund either.
And now of course you can probably afford a few frivolities if you wanted them of course!
This is what I just don't get about people's spending habits - it only takes a few years if you're on a reasonable salary and you really do have a nice little pot to play around with, then you can relax a bit!
