Im 38 i retired when i was 35. I invested every penny i earned for 8 years into precious metals and traded crypto on the side. In hindsight i should have invested every penny into bitcoin but as fate would have it the day i found out about Bitcoin id just made my first 5k purchase of silver and gold the day before. The price then tanked and i was sucked into buying more and more in the dip. The positive is now im in green on all of it and have a ton of money saved. It took me 5 years from deciding to become rich enough to be free to achieving it. It was an obsession. I have no mortgage, no debt at all, a ton of precious metals and enough crypto to be earning more than a wage in passive income. I have only two major expenses in my life council tax and car tax the rest is kept to a minimum. I think your ahead of your time mate, buying land and disappearing away from people into a sustainable life is the way foward. Its the only way foward from here. City house prices especially around London will collapse.
