Embedding of videos into Hive's front ends has nothing to do with the core blockchain or BT. Support for external video embeds lies with the various developers of the front ends, so you can talk to them

If you paste links from youtube (at least) without inserting them specifically as a RUL then the video will embed into hive posts and be viewable inside of Hive, instead of directing people away from Hive.

This may be too much risk for people to want to take on, considering that users could potentially try to sue them if their funds go missing and also that their servers would become a high target for hackers.

Resonator is happy to donate thousands of ACTs to projects that need them. However, there is currently no way to transfer them. Maybe we can get a transfer feature added to the next update to the core

Please check out the new onboarding system that Inleo launched yesterday, it does exactly that. 3Speak also has a similar system going live soon.

Hi, the other posts you mention have not had any influence on anything, no. Sometimes posts are seen during curation and sometimes not - there is no fixed plan to upvote specific accounts, even though

You really need to upload videos to 3speak.tv - they will not censor you. There are many people at the Hive blockchain who are happy to work with you to supporting your mission. Hive is the only truly

We have had gambling and market prediction apps on Hive for years. Maybe it's time to do a spotlight show on the community behind Vigilante.tv!

Great that you are back on Hive - probably the least censored and most public social software in the world.. and wildly underappreciated! Take a look at the SPK network, the decentralized video

As you can see in the other comments, this problem only happens when a post receives 1000+ votes.

This problem only occurs when a post receives more than 1000 votes, as stated in the other comments here.

The issue highlighted in this post is not connected to the Hard Fork, it was found to only apply to posts that have received over 1000 votes.

I haven't seen any Hive documentation to describe these parts of the system to developers and so it isn't surprising that front ends don't work in the optimal way. There is clearly a need for some kind

Yes, that is a different scenario. The problem that needs to be addressed affects posts that have had 1000 or more votes.

Thanks for the detailed clarification. So unless the front ends change their code to fix the issue, the best that curators can do is check a block explorer to make sure the vote was recorded and then to

that seems to be part of the issue.. the uis provide no feedback on this cap and display the votes differently to each other. i updated the original post.

no error message is ever displayed here throughout the process of voting and revoting
