It takes half your life before you discover life is a do it - yourself project. I believe this. you just do it. You force yourself to get up. You force yourself to put one foot before the other and goddamn it, you refuse to let it get to you, you fight you cry. You curse. Then you go about your business of living. That's how I've done it. There's no other way. You can find emerging moments in each aspect of catching them and allow your self to follow where they lead .first say to yourself what you would be and then do what you have to do. Do it yourself means just do it without the help of experts and without the help of any guide, but you might take the help.
