Well, I think it's difficult and very difficult at that, to separate emotions from this game. Like you said, it's not a Portugal or Brazil thing, it's everywhere. The degree may just vary across different countries.

Individuals just need to put their emotions in check, support and bant civilly. It's hard though, especially for those who are rivals/neighbours
