As each of the family heads were gathering, discussing on what to do, so that to helped the wellbeing of everyone in the lodge, Chinedu came out of the house, he was putting on a waterproof on his body, he began to dance, and the people's laugh, his father was ashamed, why will his son acted that way, as the landlord's son, he disgraced his father in the faces of his tenant's.
He was so humorous when he lifts up his legs and walk, the waterproof make a sounds, "yhak" and as he walking in the lodge with speed, the sounds continue to increase, "yhak, yhak, yhak", he was becoming an object of distraction's in the place, the father was really ashamed, so he get up and leave the lodge, since Chinedu wants to disgrace him, let him take the lodge for himself and continue to do as he likes.
The tenants did not know if they should blame the landlord for leaving them without conclusion of the reason, why they gather or if they should blame his son.
On Chinedu's side his plan was a success, because he was aiming to take his father's lodge, now he become the owner of the building, and every year, the tenants pay rent to him. So one-day, the father came to check on his property, he was getting tired of running away and wanted to come and take control of his lodge, but, immediately, Chinedu was informed about his father's coming, he went to the market and bought the costume of a joker, he puts on the dress the way he knows will pursue his father away.
As the father was just coming, he sight someone dressing like a joker on his house gate, he knew it must be his son dressing the same way he did the other time, so he didn't want to see something like that anymore, because the insults was too much, he asked the driver to turned back the car and drove away.
Chinedu father owned about three building's in that area and it was still this same joker of a thing that he used to chased his father away, when he wants to go and checked on his property, Chinedu manage to take control over the three building's, because his father seeing him doing those joker lifestyle was so annoying to him and he could not watched his son, embarrassing him like that, so he gave up and allow him to control the three building's, he let him to be in control "if that is going to make him stop putting on those joker kind of dressing lifestyle".
So Chinedu was now growing more pompous of himself, he wanted to conquer all his father's assets including the lodges that he own in another city, as he didn't want to stop scaring his father away from his property, he too was drawing himself to an expiring date, since he continue wanting more of his father's assets, he was ready to do everything that is going to make him pursue his father away and take it all.
So he gathered up his mindset, and went to Ikeja, his plan was to chase his father away and take the building at Ikeja too, but unfortunately for him, he got there and things change for him, his father kept a bulldog at the gate and when he wants to do as he used to, with his joker scaring lifestyle, the bulldog that his father kept at the gate pursue him.
Luckily for him he was able to rush out of the house, if not the bulldog would have cut his legs, the father was upstairs looking at the cinema he perform with the bulldog, as Chinedu ran away hastily, his father realized, he can still chase him away from his others property, with the bulldog.
So, his father waited, and it was on January, he went to that his lodge and chase Chinedu away from the lodge and he was like pleading with the father, the tenants that used to gossip's him of what he did to his father laugh at Chinedu, as he was chase out of the house, he claimed was his own, the bulldogs became the gatekeeper of the houses, so that Chinedu would not go near it with his Joker lifestyle.
