In today's observation, I feel that the crops may need to get fertilizer in a few days and this time, I am choosing animal manure like chicken feces, although some people do not seem to like to apply much chicken feces to the crops as it may smell not so nice in the environment, I feel that this is the one I have to get for the crops in the farm, so that to improve in the life cycle of the crops.

Six days ago, the corn plants did not have this level of growth, but now there have been many changes in their growth and this is a nice feeling for me, nothing sweeter than seeing the crops here germinating in a better way.

The sun was warming up so much on me, I decided to use the time and check on the three leaf yam and then I saw this friend of a farmer, he was sitting so well and was happy even when he sees me, I told him to always do his job here in the farm and never let the predators damage any crop in the farm.

The pumpkin leaf leaf also never got hold of joining the wheel, the last time I was here, it was not covering with this amount of growth and I am glad too.

alt

Most of the okra plants are growing very well, but there is this one in particular that is not growing, it has surprised me because in the few days I have been here I have not seen it like this and it is only now that I am finding out that it took a while to germinate.

alt

This particular Okra will be the first crop I will apply the chicken feces to once it arrives from the seller.

alt

The water yam is also there on the wheel, one thing a friend told me was that, I shouldn't even consider growing a water yam, since it is name after water, it would be growing like water in the great ocean, lol..

alt

Cassava is becoming into a big crops and that is good, cassava is mostly used here in my country, in fact 99% of Nigerians eat cassava products like garri and fufu, like me, I can hardly go a day without eating garri, Lols....

alt

What I discovered is that the price of sweet yam is very high and also the products are scarce in the market due to high demand.

Now, as a farmer, there are one hundred percent reasons why you should include it in your plantation so that the crops that users want are available to them whenever they want them.
