People seem to be buying a lot of LEO On Hive-Engine to be able to provide liquidity to CubFinance liquidity pools. Also, 20% of the 4% deposit fees are being used to buy LEO off the market and burn it.
That the spread between wLEO and LEO is that big results from the extremely high transaction fees on Ethereum.

HIVE seems to have broken out of the apex of a triangle to the upside.
This may have to do with @theycallmedan's latest update on 3Speak:
HIVE is still cheap. But it may not always be when the sinks that will be part of 3Speak go live.
