Vacuum form is an easy way of manufacturing plastic hollow products. Firstly, you heat the plastic from above and once it’s malleable.It’s extended onto a single-surface mould and the air is let out making a solid form,enforced against the mould by a vacuum is formed into permanent objects such as turnpike signs and protective covers.
