@botefarm gives a synopsis of the current state of pop music in this creative poem. He talks about how hard it is to find a positive message in the songs of today and most are about the same old topics. This one is short but packs a powerful message, do give it a read.

Music Nyahbinghi sounds that connect you to the beating of your heart by @mariluna

@mariluna gives deep insight into the Rastafarian culture of Nyahbinghi. The origin, the meaning, the practice and also how it influenced Reggae music. She also talked about the spiritual connection with nature and the universe and how the beating of the drums and chanting are used to manifest life and overcome the ills of the world. Mariluna is a great writer and her love for the culture can clearly be seen through her insightful blogs.

Life lessons from Suriname bus art by by @justinparke

@justinparke gives us some positive vibrations through his commute with his family. It is impressive how he finds such great content in an everyday activity. He finds inspiration to trod towards his dreams by looking at the messages on the various buses which puts him on a higher vibration. He shares many of the messages ( and some just art) which will surely uplift your spirit.

Sonicgroovelive Week #07 / Originalsong: ". "La redonda y la cuadrada / The round and the square." [Esp-Eng] by @wilins

@wilins made a smooth original Reggae tune for @Sonicgroovelive and sang it while playing an acoustic guitar in studio. Not sure what was going on with the red nose reindeer but hey, it did spark curiosity. Have a listen, it is sure to sooth the soul.

Jamaican National Heroes, A quick look by @dmilliz

@dmilliz made a good summary of the national Heroes of Jamaica just in time for Heroes' day 2019 on Monday, October 21st. He adds two Reggae songs to his quick look at the heroes, something we've never seen in a blog post about National Heroes. Be sure to check it out to see which songs he posted and to get a little history on Jamaica.

Faces of Jamaica [Part 8 of 10] "Dwayne Clark" and the Boys by @super-irie

@super-irie continues his faces of Jamaica series this time showcasing Dwayne Clark, a fisher man, "a fitness coach" and a lady charmer. The true Jamaican hospitality can be observed through this post. Irie and the boys enjoyed his helpful insight and company while in Negril, Jamaica.

Lorna Hamilton-Brown: Knitting the Blues, Knitting in Jamaica by @shanibeer

@shanibeer gives insight into a well educated creative of Jamaican descent, Lorna Hamilton Brown. Lorna has a passion for knitting and created an initiative to promote mental health through the art. It goes into the history of knitting in Jamaica and also relating knitting to the internet and content creation.

Citimillz Video Daily #54 : Vybz Kartel - One Way Review by @citimilliz

@citimilliz gave a cool review of Kartel's song "One way". He gave a good history of the artiste and his personal opinion. It wasn't too long and it wasn't too short. He also put the lyrics to this hard punching song. Give it a read to learn about kartel and this hot single.

Apa Salah dan Dosaku [Indonesian Reggae] by @zainalbakri

@zainalbakri introduced us to a beautiful Indonesian Reggae song and artiste, he also gave short and sweet opinion on the piece and what the song is about. He said it was a top 10 Reggae song in the country for a long time. The song is about God's guidance in our lives. Though in Indonesian, if you understand it, we can all feel the vibes.
