Hey,

馃摙 How's your Saturday?

this morning: ~I woke up with cravings, craving, and more cravings:
The body's regenerating, I want to believe
The brain was talking to me in a neuro-semantic of FOOD, while sending different gustative sensations in my mouth. :))

馃槏 My brain rewired so memories with some cats that I have posted in Hive, but still, wanted to do more than...hiving today

馃憠馃憠馃憠 So this is a cooking day!

I am skinny but I do enjoy food!

Does cooking and eating stress you out?

Simply preparing and eating food is meant to be a divine process of communion and an offering to whoever is going to eat the food. I've learned this in a Buddhist course.

Maybe our last experience in the kitchen didn't feel quite so peaceful - especially if we were worried about eating the right thing, or wishing you were eating something else (and feeling guilty!). Then the food doesn't usually turn out so great.

*Just enjoy life in any aspect, my friends!

thank you for being here
