So finally the day is here that we have been waiting for as part of the Leofinance community and on this day we are supposed to power up Leo tokens in our wallet. I can see the excitement this time because we already have adoption campaign in place and there are some amazing prizes that we can get if the eligibility criteria is met. This event is organised once in a month and I think either community we should support it as much as possible because together we can make a difference.
What is LPUD
LPUD is short of Leo Power Up day and this is a community event. This is organised 15th of every month and as the word says power which means we need to add more power in our wallet on this event. When we stake liquid leo tokens then it gets converted in to Leo power and that is what we need to do on LPUD. Whatever liquid tokens you have can be converted to the Leo power and this action is called power up. We also have HPUD which is organised on 1st of every month but LPD is on 15th to avoid any confusion and it is also easy to remember. This event was organised for the first time in June month last year and now since we are in mid of May month so the event completes one year. I have been powering up on this event since the beginning and I'm happy to mention here that this has helped me to have a decent holding of Leo power.
My Power up
I had already confirmed about my participation on the event and here I am to confirm that now I have powered up. I have power up my account with 317 Leo. I wanted to buy more leo but because of the NFT reward the price gone up for leo and because of this I could not buy more. I already have my yearly leo goal in place and I have been chasing it since January month of this year. There can be one obvious scenario where I do not meet my monthly goal a few times in the year but by the end of the year I am going to make it and no matter what it takes. I will be making sure that I meet my yearly goal because that is important for my account growth and I am very much confident that this will be done.
Why I power Up
I believe on this platform and I expect that in next few years we are going to see a significant growth on this platform. Because I am someone who believe in long term strategy so this is the time when I am trying to accumulate more tokens. This is not a one day process I believe instead it is like a journey where I keep on adding every month some amount in my wallet which will turnout to be a better holding with my consistent efforts. I admit that I am not so rich that can buy thousands of tokens in one go but I can surely keep my momentum and stay focused on my goal to get it done on monthly basis. As the taskmaster says, leo can make us rich and I second him. It will surely make us rich provided we take the action now before its too late.
Future Strategy with Leo
as I have only mentioned that I have early goal in place so I am going to continue with that. Most of my tokens I power up come from the market that I buy so whenever I see the buying opportunity in the market then we'll try to take the advantage of the situation. I don't know what price we can see in the coming months but I believe this will be good enough sometimes and that will be the time when I'm going to try my best to buy more tokens at discounted price.
