Since I started this account at steemit I have been analyzing the platform a lot looking at how it is unfair to new users. Many enter with the expectation of being able to grow with their good publications, but then observe with some disappointment as their publications are lost in oblivion without leaving any kind of rewards to the end the frustration makes many abandon, others begin to abuse the platform by becoming spammers or other abuses and few are those who resist in the hope that one day things will change, at first I wanted to help through the function reesteem, I thought that because of the number of followers that I carry I helped everyone to make their articles more visible, I didn't really see the results I expected for those I did reesteem so I suspended the service, but I have never stopped thinking about a way I can help those who have little or no SP, where nobody thinks or everyone ignores because they can't get anything out of them and I have finally thought of a project that will keep us all alive within the platform!

In steem blockchain (steemit) what makes a user grow or not is the STEEM POWER which from now on we will call SP, the amount existing in the platform is finite and controlled by a few users compared to the amount of existing users, users with a lot of SP apparently are not using it and some use it to support a select group of friends, It is not that great whales are malicious I think they simply don't have the time or obligation to seek out each of us to help us, in this sense some do what they can for those they have taken a fancy to and unfortunately we weren't there when the list of users to appreciate was made. Another amount not so large but very considerable and active is that of bidbots, users who have automated their votes so that those who have money can buy them and increase the rewards of their posts, instead of going into detail with them I will summarize by saying that those of us who lack SBD or STEEM in considerable quantities have nothing to look for with bidbots. Then there are the users who have some SP, common users like you and me who have been successful on the platform but like the great whales cannot give votes to the whole community because the voting power is not unlimited. Finally, you and I are on the list, users who have not yet reached 100SP and who do not receive any rewards over $0.01 from our vote, so we can not even get rewards by voting for ourselves (if your post does not get any rewards over $0.02 it is rounded up to $0.02 and you do not receive anything).

Fortunately those of us who have little are more, so if we join that little we have we can do a lot, at least is the idea I had today and encouraged me to make this project, I decided to use this account to help in another way, the basic idea is that users can participate in the project delegating 10SP. How does it work?

All those who make a 10SP delegation to this account will be included to receive one vote per day.

The percentage of the vote will be moderate so that the user who made the delegation receives a vote of 100SP (his delegation multiplied by 10), this is decided according to the amount of SP that has collected the account, if he has 100SP the user receives a daily vote of 100%, if he has 1000SP the user receives a daily vote of 10% and so on, relatively speaking, this is so because of the limitations of the voting power and to be able to help all those who are participating in the project.

The amount of SP received in the vote could be higher when the account receives SP from curatorship or donations (if someone decides to donate SP delegation) because the SP would increase maintaining the same number of participants.

Also the vote of x10 delegation is not guaranteed at the beginning of the project because to reach 100SP we need to have 10 Members, in compensation the first 10 users to delegate will receive 1 reesteem along with the corresponding vote.

Periodic publications will be issued to report on the status of the project.

Once the user has made the delegation, he must wait for the notification that he has been added to the project to begin to receive votes, this will be done in a period of no more than 24 hours unless circumstances prevent it, in which case he will receive the vote for that day manually.

Those who are on the list will receive the votes automatically, for which we will rely on the program steemauto.com in this regard we are subject to the operation of the platform for technical failures in it

Scope of the project

The amount of 10SP to be able to participate has been selected considering that many of the new users have difficulties to do SP, so I have studied the lowest possible figure so that the majority can participate transferring to the account 1.4 STEEM that will be used to rent from

The amount of 10SP as a requirement may vary if it is considered that 100SP is no longer effective, in which case participants would be notified in advance. The number of participants can be as large as allowed to moderate the % of the vote given so that everyone receives an equal vote.

Limitations

We are not a big project like

@minnowsupport or others that have sponsors, this idea just occurred to me that I don't have much to give so I am counting on all participants to support us as a community, however if someone with a spirit of solidarity wants to support us will be received with open arms, any delegation greater than 10SP will be considered 10SP to enter and the rest as a donation, any delegation less than 10SP will be considered a donation. You can also contribute by voting for the publications you make since all the rewards will go to SP, and you can do reesteem so that this project reaches as many users as possible.

Why help the poorest?

If we worry a lot about growing individually but we don't worry about growing as a community we will end up annihilating the platform and all the achievement we have individually obtained will end with it, new users are usually the most active, and many of them are potential investors, but if they don't come up with results they will put their money elsewhere, and we all deserve to receive help.

Responsibility of the participants

Helping to grow not only means giving votes, for the good of the community, users who are part of this project must write publications that meet the minimum quality required, original content for the most part citing sources if you use foreign content, and should avoid publishing only a few words image. Voted publications will be reviewed, if the user is not meeting the requirements will try to correct indicating how to do things or what to do to improve, if after that continues to infringe then you will be asked to remove your SP and be removed from the list. But before accusing and judging others we want to help.

About the SP delegation

The SP delegation consists of putting the SPs you have earned in another account temporarily, this increases the voting power of the user who receives the SPs but cannot have them to withdraw them through POWERDOWN, in fact neither of the two users can until the owner of the SP makes them return to it. Once user A delegates user B to user B user B gets his SPs + those that have been delegated, user A can make his SPs return to him, but it will be 7 days from the moment of the instruction until the moment they return, in other words if you delegate your SPs to me it does not mean that you are giving them to me and you are going to lose them, it is as if you lend them to me and in return you get the benefit of the daily vote with a power 10 times greater than the one you borrowed, when you need your SPs back you can recover them and they will return to you complete.
