九龍公園, Kowloon Park

九龍公園（英语：Kowloon Park）位於香港九龍尖沙咀，前身是威菲路軍營，軍營於1967年正式關閉，並且移交予市政局發展為文娛康樂用途，遂於1970年開闢原來地址為公園，是九龍區第二大的公園（僅次於摩士公園），佔地13.47公頃，由康樂及文化事務署管理。

Kowloon Park (Kowloon: Kowloon Park) is located in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong, formerly known as the Weifei Road barracks. The barracks were officially closed in 1967 and handed over to the Urban Council for recreational and recreational purposes. In 1970, Kowloon Park opened the original park. The second largest park (second only to Morse Park) covers an area of 13.47 hectares and is managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department.

九龍公園前身是威菲路軍營，1967年，駐港英軍停止使用該軍營後，市政局於1970年2月於原來地址改為興建公園，佔地11.79公頃，並且在1970年6月24日，第24任香港總督戴麟趾爵士主持揭幕[1]。公園曾經在1980年代初由前英皇御准香港賽馬會耗資達3億港元進行重新興建工程，並且在1989年2月完成擴建，面積擴展至13.3公頃，新增了室內游泳池及運動場設施。另外，兒童歷奇樂園仍然有當年軍營炮台的遺跡。

Kowloon Park was formerly known as the Weifei Road Barracks. In 1967, after the British forces stopped to use the barracks, the Urban Council changed its original address to the construction of the park in February 1970, covering an area of 11.79 hectares. On 24 June 1970, The 24th Hong Kong Governor, Sir Derengne Tse, opened the [1]. The park was re-built at the Hong Kong Jockey Club by a total of HK $ 300 million in the early 1980s and completed an expansion in February 1989 with an expansion of 13.3 hectares and an additional indoor swimming pool and playground facilities. In addition, children's playground park still have the ruins of the military fort.

九龍公園曾經一度成為香港博物館（今香港歷史博物館）的臨時館址，該館所處的建築物原來為於1910年落成威菲路軍營S61及S62營房。1983年從星光行搬遷到該公園內的舊軍營內。直至1998年位於漆咸道南100號的新館落成為止。1998年至2005年這兩幢建築物一直空置，後來經過文物復修工程，成為了今日古物古蹟辦事處的香港文物探知館，於2005年10月正式開放。館內有專題展覽廳、演講廳、教育活動室及參考圖書館等設施。

Kowloon Park was once a temporary venue for the Hong Kong Museum (now the Hong Kong Museum of History), which was originally built in 1910 to be the Sif and S62 barracks of the Weifei Road Battalion. In 1983, it moved from the starlight line to the old barracks in the park. Until the completion of the new museum in Chatham Road South 100 in 1998. From 1998 to 2005, the two buildings have been vacant, and later through the cultural relics renovation project, became the Office of the Antiquities and Monuments today Hong Kong Heritage Discovery Museum, in October 2005 officially opened. The museum has a special exhibition hall, lecture hall, educational room and reference library and other facilities.
