Baguio's annual festivity just started, the Panagbenga Flower Festival which means the blossoming of a flower . It started off by a parade that offers to both tourist and locals, a full load of music and colors and off course the cultural sensitivity of the Cordillerean. It is indeed a festivity we should not miss.
