After a quick review of the questions, I've determined they are not unreasonable, nor would it take most exchanges a great deal of effort to comply; Kraken is obviously attempting to hide their activities

I disagree with this analysis. 30 minute time frames are inappropriate for the middle/end of the month. Perhaps my style.; I would recommend using either a 4 hour time frame or 1 day timeframe if you wish
