I love the Planet Money podcast from NPR. In my attempts to understand crytocurrency more, I recently listened to their podcast titled "Bitcoin Losers". In it, they talked about how several million bitcoins are now frozen as their owners have lost harddrives containing wallets, passcodes, and more. They also talked about the implications to the economy (probably not significant) of crytocurrency.
As someone who passed by the chance to own Bitcoins years back, it's semi-amusing to think that we're seeing it grow right now. I haven't bought any at the moment though. I'm a very conservative investor and I'm not yet convinced to jump in at this time. Heck, even Steem is something I'm still studying...
