🍝 250 g Fusilli pasta, Brand: Mifroma
🥔 250 g Small yellow-skinned potatoes, peeled and diced
🧀 200 g Gruyère Cheese, Brand: Le Gruyère, grated
🧅 Crispy Onions, Brand: Crispy Onions (Amount not specified)
🥓 Bacon, diced (Optional, amount not specified)
🧂 Salt from a white shaker
🔪 Black Pepper from a blue grinder

Instructions

1- Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Peel and dice the potatoes into small, even-sized cubes for consistent cooking.

2- Boil the Base:

  • In a large copper-colored cooking pot, combine 5 dl of vegetable broth and 2 dl of heavy cream.
  • Bring this mixture to a rolling boil.

3- Cook the Pasta and Potatoes:

  • Add 250 g of Fusilli pasta and 250 g of diced potatoes to the boiling liquid.
  • Ensure the pasta and potatoes are completely submerged.

4- Simmer:

  • Cover the pot and let it simmer on low heat for approximately 15 minutes.
