So today Storm and I went out for a nice, healthy walk. We just got back.
My dog Storm just passed-out of exhaustion upon our return.
I used my #applewatch to keep track and an app to get points which I always donate to a buddy that can not barely walk. It is a win-win. I get the health benefits my buddy gets the points.
