Although I never got a chance to meet him, I am proud to say my daughter, now a music teacher, had the opportunity to meet and talk with him.
She said he was a kind man with an amazing heart!
Not even asking for his autograph he wrote on a small piece of cardboard he loves her and told her that next time he was taking her on a date.
He passed away before his next concert at her college.
She never got to go on the date but was fortunate to meet a musical legend, amazing talent and a kind soul!
