On the anticipation of the upcoming hardfork upgrade, Binance just tweeted on their support.
The hardfork upgrade will be taking place at 2021-06-30 14:00 (UTC). During this period, Hive deposits and withdrawals will be suspended starting from 2021-06-30 13:00 (UTC). But trading of Hive won’t be affected during the suspension and upgrade.
