Among these species are we who throughout our history have been improving our primitive way of communicating essentially the sound emitted by the vibration of our vocal cords, this has led us to improve our ability to capture everything that is inside our head in the form of ideas or thoughts.
The ability to communicate has been described as language in oral, written or sign language, however, not only through traditional language we have managed to externalize all our thoughts, remember the scientific-technological advances that have expanded and we can say improved this ability, for example, writing books both physically or digitally, and in the digital highlight the use of social networks which have caught us all to entertain us or to inform us through the symbolic ability that has allowed us to capture what we think.
In relation to the purpose of this article we can say that the implementation of writing on our part is not only to externalize what we think or capture what we observe, to communicate, but also through it we order our thoughts, in fact in our mind we can have crossed ideas bouncing from one side to another and by putting it on paper we can make more sense of what we are thinking of doing or we can self-reflect how we feel emotionally.
Personally, writing as well as communication has allowed me to capture my different emotions in a certain space-time and in this way to internalize them and heal certain wounds of which we can all have them at any time, the emotional aspect is our shield to life, and no doubt, we must heal the shield as soon as possible if it has a crack before there is no solution.
Being able to write about myself has made me know myself much better and most importantly on an emotional level has allowed me to heal wounds by capturing some event that has affected me emotionally, so writing is an extremely versatile tool in our lives because through it we could express pleasant and difficult moments as a great method of emotional help because by capturing it, no doubt, has helped me to change the cognitive orientation of any event that has impacted my emotions.
Until another opportunity my dear friends.
