Drinking coffee for me is not a habit but also a culture. I am eager to try ways of drinking coffee. Since I live in Gayo Highland for have been 10 years, I start loving coffee. You know, Gayo Highland is a region in Aceh producing Arabika Gayo or so called Sumatra Coffee.
I would be happy to share with you some of mg experience of drinking coffee. Few weeks ago for lockdown due to Covid-19 outbreak, I had my coffee using Syphon at Kenred Coffee in Simpang Tiga Redelong of Bener Meriah District, Aceh Province.
The barterder, Ijal served me the nice way of drinking wine coffee. The roasted beans were Wine processed. Then Ijal served me a tasty and strong wine coffee.
Frankly, I am not really curious to drink espresso. Since I have tasted the espresso everywhere, from International coffee shops to local coffee shops in Aceh. The process of making coffee is by an espresso machine, which is manually or automatically.
The espresso above was at Mata Gading Coffee. I like the cup, it looks cool.
And I would show you some of cup of espresso here, where I had it. This one is orange color cup at Ule Kareng 88 Coffee.
It’s a simple cup. We could find everywhere this kind of espresso cup.
The red one is espesso cup of Kenred Coffee in Bener Meriah District. The barista served me a cup of espresso form fully wash coffee beans.
At home I like using a dripper to make my coffee. I just do it by myself.
